The colding-formd jointing systen is a key feature of the instant alloy tower system. This method of producing aluminium frames and components gives tensile joint strengths up to three times greater, and durability many times higher, than that of traditional welded types. Frames are assembled using computer-controlled assembly rigs to ensure consistent specifications.

Door Frames are made from 2.4mm galvanized steel tube. The tube is 42.7mm in diameter and certificated to have a SWL of 2 T on each leg.

Surface finishing: Hot-DIP galvanzed, pre-galvanized, electro galvanized, powder coated.
